Due to US Copyright Laws, printed music may NOT be returned unless defective or shipped in error.
Open boxes of reeds, or anything played by mouth (kazoos, recorders, etc.) may NOT be returned.
Audio/video recordings and computer software will be replaced with the same title if defective.
Returns on other items will be accepted within 30 days if in new condition, or replaced or refunded if defective at store discretion.
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
