Our goal is to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it. We will let you know as soon as possible of any problems or unforeseen delays.
We can send products anywhere in the world. In the US, we usually use Priority Mail for printed music and small products, and FedEx Ground for larger items, but other options are available. International orders
will be shipped by surface or air mail, whichever you prefer. There's no
sales tax for orders shipped outside Connecticut. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. If your order is being sent outside the US we will contact you with the shipping charges for your authorization before we charge and ship your order..
