Our goal is to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it. We will let you know right away of any problems or unforeseen delays.
We can ship products anywhere in the world. In the US, we usually
ship via Priority Mail, but other options are available. Foreign orders
will be shipped by surface or air mail, whichever you prefer. There's no
sales tax for orders shipped outside Connecticut. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.
